Petroleum Price Stabilization Fund and Management Policy
In this management period, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance, decided not to draw from the price stabilization fund nor use the fund for petroleum products.
This decision is aimed at maintaining price stability in the context of the economy needing support for recovery and development after a challenging year.
How Will the Petroleum Market Fluctuate in 2025?
Although the increase in gasoline prices during the first operating period is not significant, it reflects sensitive signals from international market fluctuations. With global energy supply and demand experiencing strong fluctuations, businesses and consumers need to stay alert and adjust their plans accordingly.
Stability in tax policy and the government's price stabilization fund will continue to play an important role in maintaining reasonable gasoline prices, supporting the economy, and protecting the interests of the people.
